Beautifully curated, good quality. Definite keepsake

The habit of writing about your day and consciously thinking what went well that day is so precious and super calming after a busy school day or equally busy weekend. This journal has become my 11 yo go to exercise before bedtime. In just the last 8 days or so, I can see positive changes in his mindset, saying thank you in a more true sense along the day, learning to communicate his feelings in a more regulated non-reactive manner. It has helped to manage his emotions, become more mindful and value himself more. Beautiful gift he treasures. My 5 yo draws into the journal and loves writing short keywords to describe his day. We are enjoying our journaling process.
